ACHTUNG - Hausregeln / Buchungsbediengungen:
- Mindes. Aufenthalt: 7 Tage in Mai und September/ 14 Tage ab 8. Juni bis 6. September
- Keine weitere Gäste ausser den im Buchungsformular eigetragenen Gästen.
- Keine Haustiere: unser Garten ist nicht umgezäunt!
- Kein aufblasbarer Pool im Garten!
- Kaution: 250,- €. Diese ist in bar an Ankunft zu bezahlen. Das Geld wird am Tag nach der Abfahrt via Paypal oder via Überweisung zurückerstattet, nachdem alles, das auf erstem Blick nicht möglich zu überprüfen ist, nachgeschaut wird (z.B. Flecken auf Matratzen, kaputte Lattenrost, fehlende Objekte, katastrophaler Zustand des Hauses - wie leider wegen sehr wenige ungezogenen Gästen schon passiert ist!). Selbstverständlich wird ein kaputtes Glas oder einen kaputten Teller nicht berechnet!
- Die Preise verstehen sich pro Woche. An- und Abreisetag Samstags. Nach Absprache in Mai, Juni und September ist die Anreise und Abfahrt auch unter der Woche möglich.
- Die Preise sind inklusive Steuer, Endreinigung, Wasser-, Strom- und Gasverbrauch, Waschmaschinenbenutzung, Klimaanlage, Stellplatz am Haus und auf dem geschlossenen Parkplatz von Rivaverde.
- Die Bett-, Küchen- und Badwäsche ist nicht inklusive und nicht verfügbar.
- WIFI: kostenlos im Haus (privat) und auf der Piazzetta (öffentlich) benutzbar!
- Bezahlung: Beim Buchen wird eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Mietpreises mit Paypal oder Banküberweisung verlangt. Der Rest des Mietpreises wird dann vor Ort in Bar / via paypal oder 3 Tage vor der Ankunft per Banküberweisung geregelt.
- Stornierungsbediengungen: bei Stornierungen bis 60 Tage vor der Ankunft wird die Anzahlung zurückerstattet. Bei Stornierungen von 59. Tag bis zur Ankunftstag wird die Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet.

ATTENZIONE - regole della casa / condizione di prenotazione:
- Soggiorno minimo: Maggio e settembre: 7 notti. Dall' 08 di giugno al 6 settembre la prenotazione minima é di 14 giorni.
- Non possiamo accettare animali: il regolamento condominiale prevede che per farlo il giardino sia recintato. Il nostro non lo é.
- Non sono ammessi ospiti estranei a quelli esplicitamente dichiarati al momento della prenotazione.
- vietato l'uso di piscine gonfiabili in giardino.
- Cauzione in contanti pari a 250,- € da pagarsi all'arrivo. Questa verrá restituita il giorno seguente alla partenza via bonifico o via paypal dopo avere valutato con calma eventuali danni non visibili al primo sguardo (tipo: materassi macchiati, doghe letto rotte, oggetti mancanti eccetera oppure casa lasciata in condizioni disastrose - come purtroppo é giá capitato a causa della maleducazioni di pochissimi). Ovviamente un paio di bicchieri o un piatto rotto non fanno testo....
- I prezzi: si intendono a settimana con partenza e arrivo il sabato. Su richiesta in maggio, giugno e settembre si possono concordare giorni diversi di arrivo e partenza.

- Compreso: tasse, pulizia finale (cucina da lasciare pulita e ordinata come consegnata), consumi, aria condizionata, wifi e uso di tutte le attrezzature della casa.
- Non compreso: biancheria e cuscini da letto. Non disponibile.
- WiFi: privato, gratuito in casa. Pubblico, gratuito nella Piazzetta.
- Pagamento: al momento della prenotazione é richiesto un anticipo pari al 20% del prezzo totale di affitto, da versarsi tramite bonifico bancario. Il saldo all'arrivo in contanti oppure 3 gg prima dell'arrivo con bonifico / via paypal.
- Condizioni in caso di disdetta: per disdetta fino a 60 giorni prima dell'arrivo, restituiamo per intero l'anticipo pagato. Per disdetta da 59 giorni fino al giorno dell'arrivo, l'anticipo pagato non verrá restituito.

Please note our house rules!
- Minimum stay: 7 nights in may and september. 14 nights from 08th June to 06th September.
- No further guests out those signed in the booking form will be admitted.
- No pets. Our garden is not fenced as the village rules requires for those having or wanting host pets.
- No inflating tools like pools are allowed in the garden!
- Deposit: 250,- € are to be paid cash on arrival. These will be paid back on the day after check out via paypal/bank transfer after checking the house during the cleaning. After bad experiences with (very few!) guests, we learned the lesson... Of course one or 2 broken glasses/dishes do not count!
- Rates are per week with arrival and departure on Saturday. In June and September on demand it is possible to arrange an arrival or departure during the week.
- Rates include final cleaning, utilities (gas, electricity and water) and use of the facilities of the house (i.e. washing machine - air conditioning).
- Rates do not include: Linen and towels (no disposal).
- WiFi: private, free in and around the cottage. Open, free in Piazzetta
- Payment: 20% by the booking with bank transfer or Paypal, remaining 80% Paypal or cash on the premise or 3 days before your arrival with bank Transfer
- Cancelation Terms: for cancelations up to 60 days before check-in day the deposit will be totally rrefunded. For cancelations from 59 days to the check-in day the deposit will not be refunded.
